Shipping Policy – Lwang Black (Nepal)

At Lwang Black, we are dedicated to ensuring that every order arrives safely, fresh, and on time. All our products are shipped directly from our facility in Godawari, Kathmandu, Nepal, through reliable local and international delivery partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your parcel from our roastery to your doorstep.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address provided. All available shipping options and rates will be displayed before final payment, ensuring full transparency. We strive to keep our fees fair and straightforward, with no hidden charges. To avoid unnecessary delays or re-shipping fees, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.

Our standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days from the date an order is placed. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods such as festivals, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may extend slightly. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking number.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen method of shipping. Within the Kathmandu Valley, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days. For other regions across Nepal, delivery can take 3 to 7 business days, depending on courier availability and distance. For international customers, standard shipping typically takes 10 to 21 business days, while express options (where available) range between 7 to 14 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed, as factors such as courier delays, strikes, weather, or customs clearance may affect delivery.

For customers in Nepal, no additional customs duties or import fees apply. However, international orders may be subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Any taxes, duties, or import charges levied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your Lwang Black order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order to avoid unexpected fees.

Once a parcel has been handed over to our delivery partner, the responsibility for loss, damage, or delays passes to the customer. While Lwang Black cannot be held liable for issues caused by couriers or customs, we are committed to supporting our customers and will gladly assist by lodging an inquiry with the courier in the event of a significant delay or lost shipment.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs duties, or because it was not collected from the courier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply. Refunds will only be issued once the product is returned to us in good condition, and please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We take great care in packing our products securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged parcel or if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the package and items to investigate the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or provide a fair resolution.
